Satiev Talgat Baktyyarovich was born in 1973. Graduated from the Kazakh National Technical University with a degree in mining engineering.

Career

1998 - 2008 worked as a leading specialist, chief specialist, chief specialist-inspector of the Semipalatinsk Inspectorate of Geology and Subsoil Use of the East Kazakhstan Territorial Department of the Committee of Geology and Subsoil Use of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2008 - 2012 worked as the head of the Semey Regional Inspectorate of Geology and Subsoil Use of the East Kazakhstan Interregional Department of Geology and Subsoil Use of the Committee of Geology and Subsoil Use of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2012 - 2013 worked as deputy head of the East Kazakhstan Interregional Department of Geology and Subsoil Use "Vostkaznedra".

2013 - 2014 worked as the head of the East Kazakhstan "Vostkaznedra" Committee of Geology and Subsoil Use of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2014 - 2019 appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Geology and Subsoil Use of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From February-June 2019 Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Geology and Subsoil Use of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2019 - 2020 Deputy Chairman of the Geology Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
