Born in 1976. In 1998  graduated from the Tashkent State Technical University with a degree in Geological Survey, Prospecting and Exploration of a Mineral Deposits. In 2007 defended the thesis for a candidate of geological and mineralogical sciences. In 1998-2008  worked at the Institute of Mineral Resources. From 2008 to 2022  worked in the central office of the State Committee for Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Currently - Director of the Institute of Mineral Resources of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Geology and Mineral Resources.
