Roman Mejuev is a Partner at BrainHunt LLC, responsible for the implementation of executive search and HR consulting projects for Russian and international mining and metals companies. He has successfully implemented a large number of industry projects. Prior to joining Brainhunt, he worked for over 10 years in Senior HR positions in Russian and international mining Groups of companies: he held the position of HR director at Trans-Siberian Gold PLC, HR director at Pavlik Gold JSC, previously he was responsible for recruitment at Nordgold and Polyus Gold. Prior to that, he worked at the head office of SUEK and was involved in the recruitment and personnel development projects. Graduated from Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.
