Adilet Mukhitov was born on June 15, 1992 in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kazakhstan. He received a bachelor's degree in "Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications" at L.N. Gumilyov (Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan), a master's degree in Information Technology from Heriot-Watt University (Edinburgh, UK) under the Bolashak program, and also continues his studies for the specialty Metallurgy at the EKTU named after D Serikbaeva, Ust-Kamenogorsk.

He began his career in 2014 as a design engineer at Arkhkon Design Company LLP (Nur-Sultan), where he was engaged in the design of fiber-optic communication lines along the railways of NC KTZ JSC, as well as information and communication infrastructure on objects of Astana EXPO-2017. After graduating in 2019 from the Heriot-Watt University, he joined Ust-Kamenogorsk Titanium and Magnesium Plant as a SAP HCM specialist. After six months as a SAP consultant, he was transferred to the newly created digital transformation department, where to this day he manages projects for the digitalisation of the company at the MES level.

Implementation of MES-system for the production of magnesium and sponge titanium

Ust-Kamenogorsk Titanium and Magnesium Plant have been implementing the PI System from 2020. To date, based on the PI System, the Supervisory Production Control System and the Subsystem for calculating key production efficiency indicators in the main workshops for the production of magnesium and sponge titanium have been implemented. AVEVA PI System has shown its effectiveness in providing operational, reliable data on the state of production. In the near future, it is planned to introduce the AVEVA PI System in other main and auxiliary workshops of the plant. Also, AVEVA PI System will become the basis for the planned implementation of the System for calculating the material balance of production, the System for accounting for energy resources, and energy balance.
