Rafal Walecki is a Mining Engineer, IT enthusiast and Project Manager who learned to combine those 3 worlds toward designing efficient IT systems for Mining Industry Customers. Over his long career he managed to implement a lot of various IT systems for worldwide leading mining companies. He started to work in IT and Mining from Geological Modelling, Mine Design and Scheduling systems. Over the years that was completed with complementary components such as Asset and Work Management, Sales & Logistics, Trading, LIMS, as well as physical layer while implementing systems interfaced to SCADA/DCS. 25 years of mining experience and almost 15 years as a Project Manager, delivering complex solution for Mining industry, gives Rafal a unique perspective at the way IT and Technology supports this business.
